Gaëlle Catanante received her M.Sc. degree in chemistry from Aix-Marseille University, France, in 2007 and received her Ph.D. degree in biosensors from Université de Perpignan, France, in 2012. She is currently working as an assistant professor at BAE (Biocapteurs-Analyses-Environnement, Universite de Perpignan Via Domitia, France). Her current fields of research interests are focused on the conception of alternative analytic tools for the assessment of different targets and the development of biosensors in environmental agro-food and medical fields.
