Dr. Liana Stefan is a primary doctor, who graduated from the Institute of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj Napoca in 1988, confirmed by a Doctorate Diploma in Medicine and a Certificate of Competence issued by the Ministry of Health in Gynecological Laparoscopy. She obtained a Master's degree in Psychopedagogy at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, the University of Oradea.
