Sergey Dorofeev recieved his PhD in chemistry in 2004 from the Chemistry Department of the Moscow State University. He is currently a leading researcher of the semiconductor group at the Laboratory of Semiconductor and Sensor Materials, Moscow State University. His research activities include the synthesis and modification of nanomaterials for semiconductors, silicon-based materials, the fabrication of semiconductor thin films and the synthesis of doped quantum dots.
