Dr. Wu Dafang is an associate professor at Guangzhou University. He received his doctorate degree in Physical Geography from Sun Yat-sen University in 2010. He was selected as a candidate of Guangzhou Youth Reserve Talents (Certificate A), a school-level training object of "Thousand Hundred and ten Projects" in Guangdong Provincial high schools, an expert in the expert database of Guangdong Provincial Department of Land and Resources, and a member of the Land Resources Research Professional Committee of China Society of Natural Resources. From 2015 to 2017, he was a senior Visiting Scholar at the City University of Hong Kong. He is mainly engaged in research and teaching in the fields of integrated physical geography, land resource management, and regional planning.
