Wireless capsule endoscopy is a noninvasive wireless imaging technology that becomes increasingly popular in recent years. One of the major drawbacks of this technology is that it generates a large number of photos that must be analyzed by medical personnel, which takes time. Various research groups have proposed different image processing and machine learning techniques to classify gastrointestinal tract diseases in recent years. Traditional image processing algorithms and a data augmentation technique are combined with an adjusted pretrained deep convolutional neural network to classify diseases in the gastrointestinal tract from wireless endoscopy images in this research. We take advantage of pretrained models VGG16, ResNet-18, and GoogLeNet, a convolutional neural network (CNN) model with adjusted fully connected and output layers. The proposed models are validated with a dataset consisting of 6702 images of 8 classes. The VGG16 model achieved the highest results with 96.33% accuracy, 96.37% recall, 96.5% precision, and 96.5% F1-measure. Compared to other state-of-the-art models, the VGG16 model has the highest Matthews Correlation Coefficient value of 0.95 and Cohen’s kappa score of 0.96.

A bacterial or bone infection in the feet causes diabetic foot infection (DFI), which results in reddish skin in the wound and surrounding area. DFI is the most prevalent and dangerous type of diabetic mellitus. It will mainly occur in people with heart disease, renal illness, or eye disease. The clinical signs and symptoms of local inflammation are used to diagnose diabetic foot infection. In assessing diabetic foot ulcers, the infection has significant clinical implications in predicting the likelihood of amputation. In this work, a diabetic foot infection network (DFINET) is proposed to assess infection and no infection from diabetic foot ulcer images. A DFINET consists of 22 layers with a unique parallel convolution layer with ReLU, a normalization layer, and a fully connected layer with a dropout connection. Experiments have shown that the DFINET, when combined with this technique and improved image augmentation, should yield promising results in infection recognition, with an accuracy of 91.98%, and a Matthews correlation coefficient of 0.84 on binary classification. Such enhancements to existing methods shows that the suggested approach can assist medical experts in automated detection of DFI.

The forum in the nation for reporting information security flaws had 14,871 reports by the end of 2021, a 46.6% increase from 2020. The total of 5,567 high risk vulnerabilities, an increase of nearly 1,400 over the previous year. Evidently, both the total number of vulnerabilities found annually, and the total number of high-risk vulnerabilities are rising. In order for data mining technology to play a wider part in the predictive investigation of network security models, it is advised that its capability have to be improved. This paper combines the concepts of data mining (DM) with machine learning (ML), which introduces similar technologies from DM technology and security establishing collection channel, thereby finally introduces the computer network security maintenance process based on data mining in order to improve the application effect of DM in the predictive analysis of network security models. In this paper, a self-organizing neural network technique that detects denial of service (DOS) in complicated networks quickly, effectively, and precisely is introduced. It also analyses a number of frequently employed computer data mining methods, including association, clustering, classification, neural networks, regression, and web data mining. Finally, it introduces a computer data mining method based on the self-organizing (SO) algorithm. In comparison to conventional techniques, the SO algorithm-based computer data mining technology is also used in defensive detection tests against Dos attacks. A detection average accuracy rate of more than 98.56% and a detection average efficiency gain of more than 20% are demonstrated by experimental data to demonstrate that tests based on the Data Mining connected SO algorithm have superior defensive detection effects than standard algorithms.

Cancer is a major cause of death that is brought on by the body's abnormal cell proliferation, including breast cancer. It poses a significant threat to the safety and health of people globally. Several imaging methods, such as mammography, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and biopsies, can help detect breast cancer. A biopsy is commonly done in histopathology to examine an image and assist in diagnosing breast cancer. However, accurately identifying the appropriate Region of Interest (ROI) remains challenging due to the complex nature of pre-processing phases, feature extracting regions, segmenting process and other conventional machine learning phases. This reduces the system's efficiency and accuracy. In order to reduce the variance that exists among viewers, the aim of this work is to build superior deep-learning phases algorithms. This research introduces a classifier that can detect and classify images simultaneously, without any human involvement. It employs a transfer-driven ensemble learning approach, where the framework comprises two main phases: production and detection of pseudo-color images and segmentation based on ROI Pooling CNN, which then feeds its output to ensemble models such as Efficientnet, ResNet101, and VGG19. Before the feature extraction process, data augmentation is necessary, involving minor adjustments like random cropping, horizontal flipping, and color space augmentations. Implementing and simulating the proposed segmentation and classification algorithms for any decision-making framework suggested could decrease the frequency of incorrect diagnoses and enhance classification accuracy. This could aid pathologists in obtaining a second opinion and facilitate the early identification of diseases. With a prediction accuracy of 98.3%, the proposed method outperforms the individual pre-trained models, namely Efficientnet, ResNet101, VGG16, and VGG19, by 2.3%, 1.71%, 2.01%, and 1.47%, respectively.

A significant data protection technique for a number of problems, the most prominent being identity authentication and copyright protection, is digital image watermarking. The rapid digital transformation of the world has given rise to a variety of vision modification techniques, which have significant consequences for picture data security. As a result, maintaining the validity and integrity of digital images is crucial, which is why researchers are focusing on creating effective watermarking techniques. This study proposes an optimized robust watermarking technique based on lifting wavelet transform (LWT) with singular value decomposition (SVD) using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm for achieving multiple scaling factors (MSF). To increase security and durability, cover images are exposed to numerous attacks. The evaluation criteria, which encompass normalized cross-correlation (NCC) and peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), were used to compare our outcomes with those of leading watermarking methods. The comparison reveals that our proposed strategy surpasses existing methods in terms of both robustness and imperceptibility. The results suggest that this technique is suitable for tamper detection in various domains, including cryptography, medical imaging and multimedia transmission.
