The risks of hydroelectricity energy investments should be managed effectively to increase the performance of these projects. Thus, more significant risks should be identified to take effective measures for risk management without experiencing high costs. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to define critical risks in hydroelectricity energy investment projects by making a priority analysis. Within this scope, a new decision-making model is created. In the first stage, five different risks are examined by considering Spherical fuzzy Entropy. Moreover, the second stage consists of ranking emerging seven countries with the help of Spherical fuzzy multi-attribute ideal-real comparative assessment (MAIRCA). The main contribution of this study is that more important risks of hydroelectricity energy investments can be identified by the help of the priority analysis. This situation provides an opportunity to implement effective strategies to increase these investments without having high costs. Additionally, considering Spherical fuzzy sets has a positive impact on the appropriateness of the results. Since these numbers use a wider data range, the effectiveness of the analysis results can increase. It is determined that the most important risk is environmental risk with the highest weight value of 0.2478. Financial risks and personnel risks are other significant factors that affect the performance of the hydroelectricity energy investments. Furthermore, as a result of ranking the alternatives, it is seen that China is the most suitable country for hydroelectric energy investments. India and Mexico are other successful countries in this respect. However, Turkey and Indonesia have lower performance for this situation.
This study investigated how energy inflation in the health sector can be controlled. In this context, research has been carried out using both the AHP and the DEMATEL methods. A comprehensive literature review was carried out, and four different criteria were determined. In order to determine which of these criteria is more important, an analysis was carried out using these two different methods. According to the results obtained, it has been determined that the use of renewable energy is the most important factor in eliminating the inflation caused by energy prices in the health sector. Because the best criterion is the same for both the results of AHP and DEMATEL, this situation gives information about the coherency and reliability of the study. Hence, appropriate strategies can be provided based on these results to minimize the inflation problem in the healthcare industry. The findings indicate that it would be appropriate for hospitals to give importance to the use of renewable energy. In this way, hospitals will be able to produce the energy they need themselves.

Electric vehicles are very important for the country's economy. Thanks to the use of these vehicles, both environmental and economic benefits can occur for countries. However, there are some problems that prevent the development of electric vehicles. The inadequacy of charging stations is one of the most important problems in this process. This problem prevents the preference of electric vehicles. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis is required to solve this problem. Accordingly, this study aims to determine strategy suggestions that will increase the effectiveness of charging stations for electric vehicles. To achieve this goal, a new decision-making model is proposed in this study. In this model, multi-criteria decision-making techniques are integrated with fuzzy logic. The findings indicate that technological improvements play the most crucial role in increasing the effectiveness of these investments. Similarly, increasing the number of charging stations also has a positive influence on this situation.

Sustainable health service delivery plays a vital role for the development of countries. Sustainability of health services is associated with many factors. One of these factors is energy costs. Hospitals are buildings with high energy consumption. Accordingly, it is important to reduce energy costs in hospitals. For this purpose, it is necessary to determine the factors affecting the costs. In this way, improvements can be made without incurring very high costs. However, there are limited studies on determining the factors affecting energy costs in hospitals. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the important factors affecting energy costs in hospitals. In this context, the research question of the study is to determine which strategies will be implemented to reduce energy costs in hospitals. As a result of the literature review, the criteria affecting these costs are determined. The identified criteria are weighted by intuitionistic fuzzy DEMATEL method. The analysis results show that the most appropriate strategy is to reduce energy dependency with renewable energy alternatives (w=0,143). The criterion of reducing energy costs through government incentives also has an important place (w=0,136). The least influential factor is distributing informative documents on energy saving to patients/caregivers (w=0,9). Therefore, to manage energy costs in hospitals, it is appropriate to turn to renewable energy alternatives. Furthermore, government incentives such as tax exemptions are an important strategy. Establishing a good monitoring mechanism by the management would be appropriate to reduce costs.

Improving public health affects society in many ways. Improved public health can lead to a longer and healthier life. Policymakers cannot address all these criteria at the same time due to both time and budget constraints. Therefore, priority strategies need to be formulated by determining the importance weights of these criteria. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the significance of the strategies determined for the development of public health. For this purpose, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is considered to define the importance of the strategies. Within this scope, artificial intelligence methodology is integrated with the Spherical fuzzy sets. In this framework, the decision matrix of AHP is obtained by artificial intelligence system. Next, the steps of Spherical fuzzy sets are implemented. The main contribution of this manuscript is considering artificial intelligence methodology to create decision matrix. Hence, the weights of the experts can be computed based on their qualifications. By the help of this condition, it may be possible for the opinion of experts with better qualifications to be taken into consideration with a higher coefficient. This situation has a positive contribution to increase the accuracy of the findings. The findings indicate that accessibility is the most important strategy to improve public health. Similarly, vaccination and preventive services also play a significant role for this situation.

Ensuring energy performance management is important in many ways, such improvement of energy efficiency and decrease of energy costs are reduced. There are various indicators of the effectiveness of energy performance management of buildings. Due to this situation, businesses need to make the necessary improvements for the development of these factors. Nonetheless, these actions cause an increase in the costs of the companies. Hence, among these actions, the more important ones need to be identified. Owing to this issue, businesses can use their limited budgets for more priority indicators. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the main indicators of energy performance management systems. In this way, a new model is proposed to make a priority analysis for the hospitals. Firstly, five indicators of energy performance management systems are selected by considering ISO 50006 standards. Furthermore, these indicators are weighted by using Spherical fuzzy CRITIC. Secondly, G7 countries are examined with fuzzy RATGOS technique. Identification of the most significant indicators of the energy performance systems is an important novelty of this study. The most significant methodological novelty of this study is proposing a new technique to the literature named RATGOS. It is understood that energy efficiency is the most crucial indicator of energy performance management. Furthermore, it is also identified that France is the most successful G7 economy with respect to the energy performance management. Japan and United States have also high performance in this respect. It is recommended that necessary actions should be taken to increase energy efficiency. By conducting an energy audit, energy consumption data is analyzed so that energy losses and inefficiencies can be detected. This assessment provides opportunities for energy efficiency and helps identify improvement strategies.
