Dr. Yongan Zhang is a professor at the State Key Laboratory of Nonferrous Metal Materials Processing. He graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in July 1994, a master's degree in 1997, and a doctorate in engineering from Beijing General Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals in November 2004. He is the secretary general of the Materials Science and Engineering Committee of the China Nonferrous Metals Society, a member of the Materials Engineering Branch of the China Aeronautical Materials Society, etc. He is engaged in applied basic research on advanced aluminum alloy materials and preparation and processing technologies.
