UAVs have shown great potential application in persistent monitoring, but still have problems such as difficulty in ensuring monitoring frequency and easy leakage of monitoring path information. Therefore, under the premise of covering all monitoring targets by UAVs, it is necessary to improve the monitoring frequency of the target and the privacy protection of the monitoring intention as much as possible. In response to the above problems, this research proposes monitoring overdue time to evaluate the monitoring frequency and monitoring period entropy in order to evaluate the ability to ensure monitoring privacy protection. It then establishes a multi-UAV cooperative persistent monitoring path planning model. In addition, the multi-group ant colony optimization algorithm, called overdue-aware multiple ant colony optimization (OMACO), is improved based on the monitoring overdue time. Finally, an optimal flight path for multi-UAV monitoring with high monitoring frequency and strong privacy preservation of monitoring intention is obtained. The simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the monitoring frequency of each monitoring node and the privacy preservation of the UAV monitoring path and has great significance for enhancing security monitoring and preventing intrusion.

This study addresses the route scheduling problem for the heterogeneous robotic delivery system (HRDS) that perform delivery tasks in an urban environment. The HRDS comprises two distinct types of vehicles: an unmanned ground vehicle (UGV), which is constrained by road networks, and an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), which is capable of traversing terrain but has limitations in terms of energy and payload. The problem is formulated as an optimal route scheduling problem in a road network, where the goal is to find the route with minimum delivery cost and maximum customer satisfaction (CS) enabling the UAV to deliver packages to customers. We propose a new method of route scheduling based on an improved artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC) and the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) that provides the optimal delivery route. The effectiveness and superiority of the method we proposed are demonstrated by comparison in simulations. Moreover, the physical experiments further validate the practicality of the model and method.

This paper mainly considers the fractional parameter identification algorithms of the bilinear-in-parameter autoregressive (AR-BIP) system. The data filtering technique is introduced to improve the parameter estimation accuracy of the AR-BIP system, which involves using a filter to filter the data of the identification model. The filtering-based hierarchical fractional least mean square algorithm (F-HFLMS) and the filtering-based multi-innovation hierarchical fractional least mean square algorithm (F-MHFLMS) are proposed for effective and accurate parameter estimation of the AR-BIP system. Using the multi-innovation theory and expanding the scalar innovation into the innovation vector, the F-MHFLMS could take full advantage of the input and output data information of the system. The performance of the F-MHFLMS algorithm is compared with the F-HFLMS strategy for the AR-BIP system using the values of the mean square error (MSE) and the average predicted output error. The effectiveness and accuracy of F-HFLMS and F-MHFLMS algorithms are demonstrated under the numerical experimentation based on different noise variances, fractional orders and innovation lengths. Compared with the F-HFLMS algorithm, the F-MHFLMS algorithm can acquire more accurate and robust parameter estimation.
