Dr. Neylan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Division of Quantitative Methods, at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Akdeniz University, Türkiye. She received her academic training in business administration and specializes in quantitative and analytical methods. Her main research interests include multi-criteria decision-making methods, statistical analysis, performance evaluation, and the application of quantitative decision models in areas such as economics, management, and health systems. She has published research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals and has actively contributed to empirical studies addressing complex decision-making problems at different levels. In addition to her research activities, Dr. Neylan teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in quantitative methods and statistics.Her academic productivity and scientific contributions were recognized with the Best Researcher Award and the Young Scientist Award, both received on December 31, 2025.
