Zhiwei Lu is currently a professor at the Center for Advanced Laser Technology, School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin. He received his PhD from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 1993. He is a distinguished professor of the Changjiang Scholar Award Program and is mainly engaged in the study of high-power laser technology and nonlinear optics.
