Dr. Jiahua Xie, Ph.D., is a Professor, researcher, and doctoral supervisor at Nanchang University. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Purdue University. He is the Executive Director of the Agricultural Products Storage and Processing Branch of the Chinese Agricultural Society, a Director of the China Youth Science and Technology Workers Association, etc. He is currently the Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Food Science and Resource Mining at Nanchang University and the Deputy Director of the International Food Innovation Institute of Nanchang University. His main research areas are food nutrition and chemistry.
