Ms. Singh is the Deputy Director of newborn screening and genetics at the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL). She joined the APHL in 2009 and has significant experience in high-throughput genomic sequencing. Ms. Singh holds a master's of Health Science degree from the Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's of Science degree from Temple University. She is a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society as well as the recipient of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
