Prof. Maria Giulia Lionetto currently works at the Department of Biotechnology and Environmental Science, Università del Salento as an associate professor. She received a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Lecce and a Ph.D. in Fundamental Ecology. During her doctoral thesis, she was a guest in the General Physiology Laboratory of the Department of General Physiology and Biochemistry at the University of Milan. She conducts research in environmental physiology.
