Prof. Dr. Fernando Bezerra Lopes is a Professor at the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Federal University of Ceará, Fortaleza, Brazil. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources/Irrigation from the Instituto Centro de Ensino Tecnológico in 2006, his Master’s degree in Agronomy in 2008, and a Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Engineering in 2013 from the Federal University of Ceará. His main research focuses on water quality, remote sensing, hydrology of semi-arid regions, and sustainability of agricultural systems.
