Dr. Duangthip is a senior clinical practitioner and undergraduate program director in cariology at the University of Hong Kong. She was an invited speaker at several international conferences, such as the World Congress on Preventive Dentistry and the South East Asia Association for Dental Education (SEAADE). She presented her research at many international conferences and her work was published in more than 55 peer-reviewed journals, including the first author in the Journal of Dental Research. Currently, she is an Associate Editor at BMC Oral Health and an Assistant Specialty Chief Editor of Frontiers in Oral Health. In addition, she is the Vice President of the Pediatric Oral Health Research Group of the International Association for Dental Research. She is also the Vice President of the Society of Preventive Dentistry of Hong Kong.
