Every year, a large amount of population reconciles gun-related violence all over the world. In this work, we develop a computer-based fully automated system to identify basic armaments, particularly handguns and rifles. Recent work in the field of deep learning and transfer learning has demonstrated significant progress in the areas of object detection and recognition. We have implemented YOLO V3 “You Only Look Once” object detection model by training it on our customized dataset. The training results confirm that YOLO V3 outperforms YOLO V2 and traditional convolutional neural network (CNN). Additionally, intensive GPUs or high computation resources were not required in our approach as we used transfer learning for training our model. Applying this model in our surveillance system, we can attempt to save human life and accomplish reduction in the rate of manslaughter or mass killing. Additionally, our proposed system can also be implemented in high-end surveillance and security robots to detect a weapon or unsafe assets to avoid any kind of assault or risk to human life.

Rainfall prediction is immensely crucial in daily life routine as well as for water resource management, stochastic hydrology, rain run-off modeling and flood risk mitigation. Quantitative prediction of rainfall time series is extremely challenging as compared to other meteorological parameters due to its variability in local features that involves temporal and spatial scales. Consequently, this requires a highly complex system having an advance model to accurately capture the highly non linear processes occurring in the climate. The focus of this work is direct prediction of multistep forecasting, where a separate time series model for each forecasting horizon is considered and forecasts are computed using observed data samples. Forecasting in this method is performed by proposing a deep learning approach, i.e, Temporal Deep Belief Network (DBN). The best model is selected from several baseline models on the basis of performance analysis metrics. The results suggest that the temporal DBN model outperforms the conventional Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) specifically on rainfall time series forecasting. According to our experimentation, a modified DBN with hidden layes (300-200-100-10) performs best with 4.59E−05, 0.0068 and 0.94 values of MSE, RMSE and R value respectively on testing samples. However, we found that training DBN is more exhaustive and computationally intensive than other deep learning architectures. Findings of this research can be further utilized as basis for the advance forecasting of other weather parameters with same climate conditions.
The world has more than 5000 digital-currencies, bitcoin is one of it, which has more than 5.8 million dynamic client and approximately more than 111 exchanges throughout the world. So, the aim for this paper is to do the near prediction of the price of Bitcoin in USD. Precious details are taken from the price index of Bitcoin. A Bayesian recurrent hierarchical (RNN) neural network and a long-term memory (LSTM) network can accomplish this function. The total identification accuracy of 52% and an 8% RMSE is obtained by the LSTM. In contrast to the profound training systems, the common ARIMA method for the prediction of time series. This model have not much efficient as deep learning model can be performed. The deep learning methods were predicted to outperform the poorly performing ARIMA prediction. So here we used Gated Recurrent Network model (GRU) to forecasting Bitcoin price Eventually, all deep learning models have a GPU and CPU that beat the GPU implemented by 94.70 percent for their GPU training time.
