Paola Iovino is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine and Surgery at the Università di Salerno, and has been in charge of the project, Centro universitario per lo studio delle malattie funzionali dell’apparato digerente, in the Gastroenterology Unit of the Department of Medicine, at San Giovanni di Dio e Ruggi d'Aragona, since 2011.
She started her career in April 1998 as an Investigator at the University of Naples Federico II and has been involved in national and international projects devoted to gastrointestinal physiopathology and endoscopy.
