Sustainable competitive advantage, as a key factor in business success, ensures that the company is able to dominate the market with differentiated products and services over a long period of time. This advantage is especially achieved through business intelligence, since smart decisions, leveraging meaningful data and analytics, and continuous process improvement help the company maintain this advantage and experience sustainable growth. The aim of this study is to rank the factors influencing sustainable competitive advantage from a business intelligence standpoint. The research methodology consists of two stages: qualitative and quantitative. In the first step, content analysis was performed to extract indicators from previous studies. In the second step, indicators were ranked using the F-TOPSIS method. Factors affecting sustainable competitive advantage from the business intelligence viewpoint were categorized into 5 criteria, including 27 sub-criteria. The 5 main criteria are customer relationship management, smart marketing, soft and hard organizational factors, and the mental image of the product, respectively. In the second step, the sub-criteria in each criterion were ranked. In customer relationship management, the most important sub-criterion is effective interaction with customers. In smart marketing, the most important sub-criterion is feedback and continuous improvement. Among the soft and hard organizational factors, the most important sub-criteria are support from senior management and technology and infrastructure. In the mental image of the product, the most important sub-criterion is social responsibility.

In the present-day, within the highly competitive and ever-evolving global market landscape, exporting companies are presented with numerous opportunities to enhance their performance relative to their rivals by introducing innovative products and implementing appropriate pricing strategies. Within this context, product innovation and pricing proficiency stand out as pivotal factors exerting significant influence on the international performance of exporting enterprises. Consequently, the primary aim of this research endeavor was to explore the repercussions of product innovation and pricing competency on the international performance of exporting firms, considering the mediating role played by competitive advantage the research sample encompassed a statistical population comprising 51 exporting companies. The participants in this study included CEOs, as well as financial and marketing managers, and sales experts from these organizations. Employing Morgan's table and taking into account the total pool of exporting firms in the study, a sample size of 36 companies was selected, and a total of 108 questionnaires were gathered. The principal data collection instrument employed was a questionnaire. Rigorous measures were taken to validate the content of the questionnaire through expert assessments, and its structural validity was confirmed via factor analysis. Moreover, the reliability of the questionnaire's variables was verified using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The data analysis phase entailed the application of correlation and linear regression methods, employing SPSS 26 software. The outcomes of the analysis demonstrated that both product innovation and pricing capability wield a positive and substantial influence on the competitive advantage enjoyed by exporting firms, as well as on their overall international performance. Furthermore, the findings indicated that, when considering the mediating role of competitive advantage, product innovation and pricing capability do not significantly impact the performance of exporting companies.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate smart experience in green health tourism with the mediating role of content marketing by using the two models of technology acceptance and hedonism. This study utilizes quantitative and causal research methods. A total of 332 respondents completed a survey conducted at two Iranian tourism hubs. Also, purposeful sampling was used for data collection. Respondents rated their perceptions of each item on a five-point Likert scale. Using the partial least squares path modeling technique, the results reveal the direct effects of smart experience on green health tourism. The findings suggest that content marketing interacts with smart experience to influence green health tourism, such that the use of smart experience in health tourism can reduce the annual costs of developing environmental protection methods. This paper thus contributes to the hospitality management theory, green tourism, and wellness literature.

Since the emergence of the IoT and its significant benefits, various economic, social, and political groups have been deploying and implementing IoT in different sectors. The large amounts of data generated from connected devices and products can be analysed, transforming the goals and attitudes of businesses and industries, including the banking industry. However, implementing IoT on a large scale in an industry as complex as banking is challenging. While the advantages and role of IoT in banking are clear and increasing with various studies, inadequate implementation of IoT can lead to potential risks and failures. This research aims to assess the banking industry's readiness for implementing IoT, specifically focusing on their IoT implementation readiness. The study identified the factors and aspects affecting the research topic using a systematic review method and classified its enablers into dimensions, components, indicators, and sub-indicators. After validating the initial model with experts, the final model revealed that 7 dimensions, 8 components, and 63 indicators influence the readiness of the banking industry to implement IoT. To rank the main aspects of the study, the Fuzzy SWARA method was used, and the results showed the following ranking: the dimensions of hard infrastructures, soft infrastructures, supply chain infrastructures, organizational factors, environmental factors, education and users, and security and privacy ranked first to seventh, respectively. The identified dimensions, components, and indicators provide a robust model for assessing the readiness of the banking industry for IoT implementation. The findings highlight the complexity involved in implementing IoT on a large scale within the banking sector.
