Professor Yan Hua has a rich theoretical basis and practical experience in laser processing. Based on the idea of the multi-scale synergy of self-lubricating composite coatings, composite precursors were prepared by surface modification of submicron/nano-lubricating components, high-energy ball milling, spray-drying, and agglomeration-vacuum microwave sintering. The design and preparation of self-lubricating coatings used in extremely harsh environments, surface modification treatment to control the lubricating particle/melt interface, and tribological behavior in laser molten pool were systematically studied.
