ChatGPT, a large language model AI, has the potential to transform higher education by providing students with personalized learning support, assisting in writing tasks, and enhancing their level of engagement. This study examines the factors influencing the acceptance of ChatGPT among university students in Peru, following the extended UTAUT2 model with the addition of a construct called knowledge sharing (KS). A total of 772 students from seven universities in Lambayeque and La Libertad participated in an online survey, providing insights into their perceptions and experiences with using ChatGPT for academic purposes. The results from the structural equation model showed that effort expectancy, behavioral intention, and knowledge sharing positively influenced the actual use of ChatGPT. Furthermore, effort expectancy and performance expectancy were found to be determinants of the behavioral intention to use ChatGPT. The study also revealed that performance expectancy and behavioral intention serve as sequential mediating variables regarding the effect of effort expectancy on actual use. These findings suggest a positive adoption of ChatGPT among students, driven by individual and contextual factors, and highlight the importance of managing effort and performance expectations appropriately. This study represents a significant advancement in understanding the acceptance of ChatGPT in higher education and provides valuable guidance for practical implementation efforts, ensuring that this powerful AI tool is effectively leveraged to support student learning and success.

A quantitative approach was adopted with asurvey of 280 participants, analyzing factors suchas the university environment, family background, socio-cultural context, personal attitude, and perceived internal control. The results indicate that the university environment and perceived internal control are significant predictors of entrepreneurial intention. This study focused on analyzing the adoption of electronic wallets in Peru. Its primary objective was to identify the key factors influencing this adoption, with particular attention to perceived trust, convenience, and promotion, and how these elements integrate into the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A quantitative correlational approach was adopted, using a non-experimental cross-sectional design with a structured questionnaire based on validated scales. Data collection was conducted through an online survey, obtaining 250 valid responses. Data analyses, performed using SPSS and SmartPLS, revealed that the majority of users are young men with higher education and low income, who occasionally use electronic wallets. The results confirmed the validity and reliability of the constructs in the measurement model, showing a significant influence of perceived trust, convenience, and promotion on the adoption of these technologies. In terms of conclusions, the study highlights the importance of these factors in users' decision to adopt electronic wallets, particularly in an emerging economy context like Peru. Strategic recommendations include focusing on strengthening user trust, enhancing convenience and ease of use, implementing effective promotional campaigns, targeting key demographics, promoting education and awareness about the benefits and functionality of electronic wallets, and maintaining continuous monitoring for product improvement. These strategies are crucial to boost the adoption and efficient use of electronic wallets in Peru. .
