Chi-Yao Weng received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. He is currently an associate professor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at National Pingtung University, Pingtung, Taiwan. His research interests include steganography, information security, image processing, and multimedia application.
