Chin-Ling Chen received his Ph.D. from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan, in 2005. From 1979 to 2005, he was a senior engineer at Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. He is currently a distinguished professor. His research interests include cryptography, network security, and electronic commerce. He has published over 170 articles in SCI/SSCI international journals.
