Prof. Pieter Simoens received his M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering (2005) and Ph.D. degree (2011) from Ghent University, Belgium. Currently, he is affiliated as associate professor with IDLab, Ghent University and with imec. His main research interests include algorithms for sensing, planning and acting of cyberphysical systems, both single and multi-agent.
