Background. The physical benefits of fitness for middle-aged women are well-known. Unlike the usual training sessions, aquafitness occupies a special place among the types of health-related exercise training. Its health-enhancing effect results from the activation of the body's functional systems, the gravitational unloading of the musculoskeletal system, high energy expenditures, and overall body hardening effect. The objective of this study was to evaluate the health-enhancing effects of an aquafitness program on the functional indicators and physical fitness of early adulthood women. Materials and methods. Theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, anthropometric techniques, pedagogical methods, and methods of mathematical statistics were used. The functional status of the body was assessed with the indices characterizing the function of the cardiorespiratory system, which are commonly used. The study was conducted at the Sport Life fitness club, Chernivtsi. The study involved 48 women aged 21-31 with an average age of 26.3 years. The subjects took part in a six-month aquafitness program consisting of 60-min sessions, three times a week. The program was developed by the authors and included aquatic stretching, body shaping and bodybuilding exercise, aquadance, aquatic gymnastics, and aqua tae-bo. Results. After participation in the exercise program: vital capacity increased from 45.96±4.69 to 48.88±0.68; strength index increased from 35.80±1.07 to 43.26±0.71; Robinson's index increased from 85.72±12.34 to 89.63±10.11; Shtange test increased from 30.28±10.32 to 37.78±12.34; Hench test changed from 16.48±4.24 to 25.19±4.58; Kerdo index decreased from 5.23±0.74 to 0.88±0.38; and Rufier's test decreased from 12.21±4.26 to 8.03±2.14. The assessment of somatic health of the women showed a significant improvement (p<0.05). Positive changes in the autonomic system were detected. Conclusion. The developed aquafitness program can be an effective tool for health improvement and body weight management in early adulthood women.

The aim of this study was an experimental research in vocational schools intended to the development of the system of educational process informatization taking into account the structure of the ICT competence of skilled workers and the trends of the information society. Representative sample of over 800 students of 10 vocational schools from different regions of Ukraine, 80 teachers, 17 specialists of VET centers allowed to study and analyze the state of informatization of VET schools, as well as to determine the degree of influence of education informatization on the quality of workers’ training. The system of educational process informatization at a technical vocational school, i.e. the creation of the ICT-saturated educational environment was implemented. This is a set of interrelated activities that comprise learning management systems; information and analytical databases; computer simulation of professional actions; programs of control of knowledge; application of ICT for writing diploma papers; computer methods of competence diagnostics; simulation training complexes; expert and decision support systems. The experiment showed that the use of the developed methods of skilled workers’ informational training, of applying pedagogical software tools at technical vocational school and of training vocational school teachers how to use ICT contributes to the improvement of graduates’ professional competence.

Presence in water is easily metabolized nitrogen-containing substances is a vital condition for the existence of food organisms in ponds used for fish reproduction. At the same time, the end products of nitrogen metabolism—ammonia, nitrites and nitrates are always displayed the body of fish into the environment, adding to the total number of these compounds dissolved in water. Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate anions are formed during biological processes, as well as man-made origin, have toxic properties and are considered as environmental factors that may limit fish productivity of reservoirs. The results of a brief review of the literature showed that the features of nitrogen metabolism in fish are actual direction of research, both theoretical science and in practical fish farming. Published the results of studies of amino acid metabolism in fish suggest that, firstly, the processes responsible for the neutralization and the release of ammonia from the body of fish, as well as ontogenetic aspects of the dynamics of formation and emission of ammonia is not fully understood. Meanwhile, several authors stressed the importance of this area of interest for the formation of science-based ways to improve the efficiency of plant breeding in fish culture. Secondly, endogenous nitrite, being the product of oxidation of the molecule nitric oxide and its transport form, the norm are always present in fish. However, the mechanisms responsible for maintaining the stability of the concentration of nitrite in the internal environment of fish, not well understood. Also, in our opinion, of interest to determine the physiological rules of nitrites and nitrates in the body of various species, depending on the seasons and stages of ontogeny. Thirdly, the literature pays much attention to the toxic properties of nitrite in water biocenosis. Certainly, the analysis of the manifestation in fish tissue-specific toxic effects of nitrites and their derivatives—an important area of research. Nevertheless, we can not exclude that it may be quite promising analysis of the incorporation of exogenous nitrite as a substrate exist in fish of the physiological mechanisms re-synthesis of nitric oxide. This kind of “interference” of endogenous and exogenous nitrite-anions are not causing serious structural damage to organs and tissues, however, can cause substantial damage to the practical fish farming, causing changes in the level of regulatory mechanisms of fish at the most critical stages: when working with manufacturers, the incubation of eggs, and larvae rearing and wintering fish.

We aim to analyze in bounds KJ Tracey’s immunological homunculus conception the relationships between parameters of electroencephalogram (EEG) and heart rate variability (HRV), on the one hand, and the parameters of bhite blood cell count, on the other hand. Methods: In basal conditions in 23 men, patients with chronic pyelonephritis and cholecystitis in remission, recorded EEG (“NeuroCom Standard”, KhAI Medica, Ukraine) and HRV (“Cardiolab+VSR”, KhAI Medica, Ukraine). In portion of blood counted up white blood cell count. Results: Revealed that canonical correlation between constellation EEG and HRV parameters form with blood level of leukocytes 0.92 (p<10-5), with relative content in white blood cell count stubnuclear neutrophiles 0.93 (p<10-5), segmentonucleary neutrophiles 0.89 (p<10-3), eosinophiles 0.87 (p=0.003), lymphocytes 0.77 (p<10-3) and with monocytes 0.75 (p=0.003).Conclusion: Parameters of white blood cell count significantly modulated by electrical activity some structures of central and autonomic nervous systems.

On the basis of the modern literature data we analyzed the influence of the level of salt concentration and ion composition in a fish habitat during the processes of reproduction. The results of studies of the mechanisms of the reaction of fish to gamete hypo- and hyperosmotic stimulus in the external aqueous environment, as well as the role of mineral and organic osmolytes in the adaptation of mature eggs of fishes in the external environment, depend on the hydrochemical and hydrological conditions of the spawning grounds. The paper provides information about the features of the endocrine regulation of oocyte maturation in fish spawning in different hydrological conditions and the importance of humoral factors in the pathological process of the maturation of fish oocytes. The main scientific and practical aspects of the formation of the phys mechanisms that regulate the water-salt balance is the early ontogeny of fishes are discussed.
