Prof. Dr. Da-Yan Liu received his Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Lille 1 & INRIA Lille-Nord Europe in October 2011. Since then, he has held postdoctoral positions in Arts et M'etiers ParisTech, France and at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at INSA (French National Institute of Applied Sciences) Centre Val de Loire, where he belongs to the Control Team in PRISME Laboratory, and he earned the Accreditation to Supervise Research (HDR) in January 2022. His main research interests concern non-asymptotic estimation and identification for integer-order and fractional-order systems.
