Dr. Chompunut Lumsangkul is a lecturer of the Department of Animal and Aquatic Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in 2019 from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. Her research interests span both nutritional genomic and nutritional immunology in poultry and fish. Her general approach is to develop a new sustainable and environmentally friendly feed additive from agricultural byproducts and Thai medical plants for poultry and fish production.
