The ratio of the index finger (2nd finger) to the ring finger (4th finger) (2D:4D) can give information about harmony between personality and career of individuals. The developing technology makes it difficult to choose a profession. This study aims to contribute to the career choice of individuals by analyzing the relationship between the 2D:4D finger digit ratio and personality traits of individuals working in different professions (Educator, Worker, Housewife, Civil servant, Healthcare professional/EWHCH). The participants were three hundred twenty-five individuals living in the province of Malatya. The SPSS 26.0 software was utilized in the data analysis. The p value of 0.05 was accepted as significance level in comparison tests. A statistically significant difference was determined between the participants, who had the 2D shorter than the 4D in right hand, in terms of professional groups (p < 0.05). In healthcare workers, a low level (r = 0.305) positive correlation was found between right hand 2D4D and both control (r = 0.264) and curiosity and left hand 2D:4D, and a low level (r = 0.255) negative correlation was found between Conscientiousness and right hand 2D:4D in housewives. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups (educator, worker, housewife, civil servant, healthcare professional) in terms of total score of the Five-Factor Personality Inventory (FFPI) and scores of extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience subscales (p < 0.05). A weak positive statistically significant correlation was detected between the healthcare professionals’ score of Career Adapt-abilities Scale (CAAS) control subscale and the right-hand 2D:4D ratio. Conclusions: It is suggested to investigate the 2D:4D ratio over different professional groups. The present study is important since it gives information about personality and associates such information with the 2D:4D ratio.

Earthquakes cause severe destruction in the region where they occur. Children and adolescents are the group most affected group by earthquakes, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is most common in this group. The age-related increase in Grip Strength varies between childhood and early adolescence. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Hand Grip and Hand Measurements of children exposed to the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquake on February 6, 2023. The “Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Response Scale for Children” was administered to 116 children who in children between the ages of 8 and 12 groups, and consent was obtained from the participants. Morphometric measurements of the hands of the children were measured with a digital caliper. Children’s hand Grip Strength measurements were made by using a digital hand dynamometer. The analysis of study data was performed with the SPSS (Statistical Program in Social Sciences) 25 software. Positive and statistically significant relationships were detected between right and left-hand Grip Strength and right and left-hand measurements of females and males (p < 0.05). Statistically significant and negative relationships were detected between PTSD and right and left-hand Grip Strength and right and left-hand measurements in females and males (p < 0.05).In the present study, it was detected that as post-traumatic stress disorder increases, hand Grip Strength decreases. We think that these findings will guide future prospective studies.

Objective: The use of technological devices for more than a certain number of hours in daily life causes some anatomical changes in the human body. The aim of this study was to determine the changes that may occur in the range of motion in the wrist depending on the duration of computer use and to perform examinations on the wrist. Material and Method: In the study conducted on university students, a questionnaire was used to obtain demographic information, a tape measure, a manual muscle test, and a universal goniometer with a sensitivity of 1 degree, and measurements were made with 198 volunteer participants. The data and analysis of the study were performed and evaluated with SPSS (Statistical Program in Social Sciences) 25 program. Results: In this study conducted on university students, an increase in radial and ulnar deviation degrees due to computer use was found (p<0.05). A statistically significant difference was found between the groups (those who used computers for less than 3 hours and more than 3 hours) according to the E-sports (E: Electronic) status of the participants (p0.05). Conclusion: We believe that knowing the radial and ulnar goniometric angles of the wrist will guide clinicians in wrist fractures and wrist analysis.

Dear Editors, I follow your journal with pleasure. I enjoyed reading your articles on artificial intelligence [1,2]. I would like to share my ideas with you about the use of artificial intelligence, which many researchers are currently curious about. Health applications are being renewed day by day. New technology and new gains in treatment have made us curious about the use of artificial intelligence [3]. Health experts using methods such as machine learning and deep learning, which are sub-branches of artificial intelligence, are switching to new methods in processes such as diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and health protection of diseases [4,5]. ChatGPT (Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer), used in the studies and also added as a co-author, is ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence chatbot with the GPT-3.5.5 language model, which was released by the artificial intelligence research company OpenAI on November 30, 2022, and reached 1 million users in 5 days [3]. This robot can become a promising and powerful tool for tasks such as automatic drafting, article summarization, homework, and language translation, which can be useful for making writing work faster and easier in academic activities. Talan and Kalınkara [6] used ChatGPT in the Anatomy course and found that students performed better. Aktay et al. [7] stated that students found ChatGPT interesting and fun and that it increased students achievement. Saygın and Kabakcı [8] stated that the use of ChatGPT can be useful in information learning and in producing something new. On the other hand, in a few studies, the addition of artificial intelligence as a co-author has been stated to be worrying [1,9]. If the academician does not produce it himself, but the artificial intelligence he uses as a co-author does, it may create an obstacle in multidisciplinary studies. If ChatGPT is written instead of a collaborator when you want to study anatomy, we are concerned about the decrease in our assistants, students, and research scientists. As a result, ChatGPT can be used in the learning of the Anatomy course and can also be useful in increasing knowledge in academia, but I do not find it ethically correct for ChatGPT to do the work that master’s and doctoral students have done for years in master’s and doctoral studies in a short time. In addition, in the studies on Anatomy, while writing a scientist is a co-author, the inclusion of ChatGPT will pave the way for the production of studies without labor in a short time, and this will cause serious concerns in academia. It will save time in academia, but academics’ communication with each other will decrease, there will be no cooperation and multidisciplinary studies will decrease. Who will be responsible in case of any problems while participating as a co-author with ChatGPT? I think that the use of ChatGPT should be supervised and that it is worrying to be a co-author at the moment. Yours sincerely
