Prof. Abhinav Kumar has obtained PhD degree in Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi in 2009. During his Ph.D. he got JRF and SRF from Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi). After completing his Ph.D. he joined as an Assistant Professor at Department of Chemistry, University of Lucknow in year 2009 where he roused to the position of full Professor in July 2022. His area of research includes, Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells; Metal-Organic Framework (MOF) synthesis and their applications in sensing of ions and molecules as well as photocatalysts for degradation of dyes; Targeted synthesis of Single-Source Precursors for binary and ternary metal chalcogenides and their application as electrocatalysts in water splitting and energy storage devices.
