Biography
Víctor Fernando Gómez Comendador received his master’s degree and Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in 1994 and 2004, respectively. He is a Senior Professor/Researcher at the Department of Aerospace Systems, Air Transport and Airports, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). His research interests mainly focus on air traffic management safety and capacity, and performance analysis.
