Chenglin Wen was born in 1963. He graduated from Henan University in 1986, graduated from Zhengzhou University with a master's degree in 1993, and received his Ph.D from Northwestern Poly technical University 1999. He worked at the postdoctoral mobile station of Control Science and Engineering of Tsinghua University in 2002. He is a professor of Hangzhou Dianzi University and Guang-dong University of Petrochemical Technology.
