The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between no mobile phobia (nomophobia) which is defined as a modern fear of being unable to communicate through the mobile phone, and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) which is known to be related with the problematic relationship with Social Networking Sites (SNSs), and play a critical role in the increased use of Social Networking Sites (SNS). The data were collected from a convenient sample of 538 university students via Nomophobia (NMP-Q) and FOMO Scales, The results show that a positive moderate level of relationship was found between Nomophobia and FOMO levels. The findings showed that FOMO level of university students predicts 41% of the total variance at the Nomophobia level. That is, when FOMO level increases, students’ nomophobia level can be predicted from data depicting the increase.
This study aims to investigate the mediating role of teachers’ organizational commitment (OC) on the relationship between their emotional labor (EL) and work engagement (WE). The study employed a cross-sectional design. The sample of the study consisted of the teachers working in Sakarya province of Turkey. They participated in the study voluntarily and responded scale items online. The findings showed that teachers’ perceptions of EL, OC and WE is relatively high. Also, there are statistically significant and positive correlations among variables. On the other hand, the findings confirmed the hypotheses. Teachers’ EL predicts their OC and WE. Additionally, OC predicts WE and plays a mediating role on the relationship between EL and WE. Based on the findings some suggestions were made.
This study aimed to investigate the attitudes towards e-learning and digital literacy skills of prospective teachers (N = 47) enrolled in the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at a state university in Turkey. The study also investigated whether these variables vary in terms of gender and prior e-learning experience as well as the potential relationship between their attitudes and their digital literacy skills. Adopting a quasi-experimental pre-posttest design with an experimental group, this study sought to discover the effects of a five-week treatment on prospective teachers’ digital literacy skills and attitudes toward e-learning. The data for the study came from two data collection tools namely, Attitudes towards E-learning Scale (Haznedar & Baran, 2012) and Digital Literacy Scale (Ng, 2012). Findings indicated the effectiveness of the treatment on the participants’ attitudes towards e-learning platforms. Furthermore, the findings of the regression tests demonstrated that tendency is one of the most significant predictors of digital literacy skills.

The aim of this study is to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool measuring organizational sustainability. In this respect, firstly, an item pool was formed and subsequentlycontent validity rates, content validity criteria and content validity indices were calculated based on the experts. It was seen that the Organizational Sustainability Scale provided content validity with 40 items and 5 sub-dimensions in total. For the factorial validity of the scale, first, exploratory (EFA) and then confirmatory (CFA) factor analyses were performed in the separate sample groups. As result, the model established in 39 items and five sub-dimensions had an excellent and acceptable level of fit indexes. Also, it was found that both convergence validity and discriminant validity were achieved in all sub-dimensions Finally, the Cronbach alpha and composite reliability of the scale were examined. In this context, the reliability of the scale was proved as a result of all values being excellent and close to perfect. In this context, it was determined that the Organizational Sustainability Scale is a valid and reliable scale consisting of 39 items in 5-point Likert type and five sub-dimensions which are environmental sustainability, cultural sustainability, social sustainability, economic sustainability and administrative sustainability.
