Her research program focuses on dietary patterns and their practical application for the prevention and management of chronic diseases. Her research extends to the provision of dietary interventions alongside other lifestyle factors. She aims to enhance dietetic evidence-based practice and at the same time looks to address (allied health) workforce limitations by developing simple/protocolised dietary interventions that can be delivered by other healthcare professionals.
