Dr. Cătălina Radu

Cătălina Radu is a Full Professor at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, with a PhD in Management since 2010 and a postdoctoral degree since 2013, with specializations in the United Kingdom and Portugal. In 2006 she graduated the Romanian-Canadian MBA Program (Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, and University of Ottawa, Canada). Cătălina is also a researcher in the field of Management with interests in economic performance, leadership, organizational psychology, organizational behaviour, education and sustainable growth, with very good dissemination of research results.
