Dr. Juan Luis Chávez Pacheco

Engineer in Biotechnology with a Master's Degree in Biotechnology from the Autonomous University of Chiapas. The Ph.D. was obtained in Biochemical Sciences at the Institute of Cellular Physiology, UNAM. Postdoctoral by the Institute for Biomedical Research and Periodontal Research Laboratory, UNAM. Since 2009 is a biomedical research at the Pharmacology Laboratory of the National Institute of Pediatrics; from 2012 was designed as Chief Researcher. Current research is focused on the pharmacogenetics of antineoplastics in children population, publishing thirty four papers in journals indexed in Journal Citation Reports. He has served as a tutor for undergraduate and graduate students (master's and Ph D), reviewer of articles submitted for publication in journals with international arbitration and in projects submitted to obtain funding by CONACYT.
