She is a specialist in biochemistry and molecular biology interested in the characterization of signaling pathways in diabetic disease and toxicity disorders using pharmacological disease-based animal models and identifying the best therapeutic interventions. She is experienced in the use of electrophysiology, ELISA, and Western blot techniques. She is the principal investigator in a research group funded by the Research Group Program of the Deanship of Scientific Research. She has participated in different international conferences and has published 56 papers in international journals with high impact factors.
