Giuseppe Nicolò Ph.D. Europaeus in Public Sector Accounting, is a Research Fellow in the Department of Management and Innovation Systems at the University of Salerno (Italy) where he is also lecturer of Financial Accounting. His research is mainly focused on non-financial disclosure including intellectual capital, integrated reporting, risk management and other social and environmental issues. He is also interested in studying corporate governance mechanisms – including gender diversity – and their impact on corporate performance. Giuseppe is a member of the Italian Society of Ragioneria and Economia Aziendale (SIDREA) and of the European Accounting Association (EAA).
