Vassilios Fragos is an Associate Professor at the Department of Hydraulics, Soil Sciences, and Agricultural Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His research focuses on computational fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and pump systems. He is a specialist in the field of computational techniques for the simulation of two or three laminar or turbulent flows (solving Navier–Stokes equations, finite element method, statistical analysis, and spectrum analysis), the writing of finite element code, and numerical simulations of the internal and external environment (air velocity, temperature, moisture, energy balance) of agricultural structures.
