Narendra B. Dahotre received his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Michigan State University in 1987, his M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan State University in 1983, and his B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Poona in 1980. Currently, he is a Regent Professor at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and an Associate Vice President of the Center for Agile and Adaptive Additive Manufacturing (CAAAM) at the University of North Texas. He has also established the Laboratory of Laser Aided Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (LAASM) at the University of North Texas.
