Marinescu Roxana Cristina, PhD, is a Lecturer at the Department of Management, Marketing and Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University of Craiova, Romania. Her lecturing and research fields are tourism marketing, services management and tourism economics. Dr.Marinescu has published in various journals and was member in several editorial teams and scientific committees of scientific conferences, journals and events, and organizer of scientific events. Mrs. Marinescu was a member of the research team which carried out and won the Third Prize in 2008 for the Pilot Project at the level of the European Commission: “Destinations of Excellence”, regarding the classifications of tourist destinations in Romania.
