Prof. Dr. Mircea Oroian is a Food Engineer and a Professor at Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava and holds a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering (2012) and is a Ph.D. advisor in Food Science (since 2015). His areas of expertise are the development and validation of analytical methods, the implementation of methods for antioxidants/acrylamide/organic acids/vitamins/fatty acids using HPLC-DAD and GC-MS, and rheology and texture. He has experience in analytical instrumentation, food chemistry, and rheology.
