In 2007, he completed his undergraduate degree in Turkish Language and Literature Teaching at Girne American University's Faculty of Education. He also completed his non-thesis master's degree in the same field. In 2012, he completed his Master's Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision with his thesis from the same university. Later, he graduated by completing his PhD in the Department of Communication and Media Management, approved by YÖK, to focus on education and communication activities. During this period, he continued his second doctorate and graduated by completing his doctorate in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Near East University, approved by YÖK. As of 2012, he has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at various universities. In his academic studies, he has carried out multidisciplinary studies in education and communication social and management sciences. He currently works as a lecturer at Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University. Our university's management methods, such as business management, educational management, scientific research methods and management courses, also include quality assurance internal unit processes in the field of management. Since 2021, he has served on the university's ethics committees and board of directors, conducting quality assurance work. He also serves as chair of the organizing committee and has chaired sessions and panels for international social science congresses.
