Huan Zhang received the Ph.D. degree in circuit and systems from the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing, China, in 2022. She is currently working with Key Laboratory of Optoelectronics Technology, Ministry of Education, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China. Her current research interests include silicon microring biosensors, metasurface devices, optical computing, and optoelectronic integrated circuits. She has published several articles at international journals and conferences such as IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics, Langmuir, IEEE Photonics Journal, Optics Communications, IEEE Photonics Conference, and so on.
