Graduate in Teaching as a Foreign Language Specialist (English), Graduate in Psychopedagogy, and Doctor "Europeus" in Educational Sciences from the University of Granada. She is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Didactics and School Organisation at the University of Granada (Spain). Coordinator and participant in more than 18 Teaching Innovation Projects adapted to the European convergence framework, with the use of active methodologies and innovative technological resources, as well as teaching material derived from all these experiences. Participant in R&D research projects in different universities (Autonomous University of Barcelona, Cordoba, among others). Director of the Research Group "Leadership, Development and Educational Research" (LEADER Group, SEJ-604) with an extensive scientific production in journals and publishers of international impact (JCR and Scopus), where she also participates as an external evaluator (Revista Complutense de Educación, NAER, Revista de Educación del Ministerio, Magis, Comunicar, Heliyon, etc.). Her research lines include teaching innovation and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and leadership for organisational development.
