Prof. Yongsheng Yang is a professor, master's supervisor, and doctoral supervisor at the Logistics Science and Engineering Research Institute, Shanghai Maritime University. He received his PhD degree in Mechanical Manufacturing from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is also the Director of the Key Laboratory of Shipping Technology and Control Engineering of the Ministry of Transport, the Executive Deputy Director of the Collaborative Innovation Platform for Intelligent Port Logistics and Transportation Industry, the Deputy Leader of the Smart Logistics Group of the China Urban Science Research Association, a senior member of IEEE, and the Director of Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems. He is mainly engaged in research and application in the fields of smart port logistics operation and optimization, smart terminal collaborative operation control and scheduling, smart port Internet of Things, and information systems.
