Norizah Mhd Sarbon completed her PhD at the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. She is a senior lecturer in the food science department of Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Malaysia. She has 99 publications that have been cited over 2330 times, and her publication h-index is 25. Her research interests include i) the extraction of alternative gelatin and collagen, ii) the production of bioactive peptides from food protein sources, and iii) the production of the gelatin-based film as food packaging.
