Yelbek Utepov received his PhD in Civil Engineering from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in 2014. He is a Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. His research topics mainly include Building Structures, Geotechnics, GIS, and Sensors.
