Prof. Dr. Hyunjin Park is a professor of the Biotechnology Department and director of the Functional Food Research Center at Korea University since 1997. He works in nanoscale science in food and food packaging–processing, applications, and regulation areas. He has been a fellow of the Koran Academy of Science and Technology since 2014 and was elected fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) in 2015, and the International Academy of Food Science and Technology (IAFoST) in 2016.
