Yong Li received a B.S. degree in avionics engineering and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in circuits and systems from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 1983, 1988, and 2005, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the School of Electronics and Information, Northwestern Polytechnical University. His research interests include communication and radar signal processing, cognitive radio and software defined radio technologies, and physical-layer security and reconfigurable intelligent surface aided wireless communications.
