Bin Xu received his PhD in Thermal Fluids from the Nanyang Technological University in 2013. He worked as a senior CFD scientist at DHI (2013–2016). In 2016, he moved to the Energy Research Institute and worked as a research fellow. In 2017, he moved to Jiangsu University and was promoted to associate professor in 2019. His research topics mainly include heat and mass transfer, cavitation, CFD, and hydraulic machinery.
