Dr. Caroline Rymer is an Associate Professor in the School of Agriculture, Policy and Development at the University of Reading, United Kingdom. She earned her Ph.D. in Animal Science from Newcastle University and has held academic positions at both Newcastle University and the University of Reading. Her research interests encompass animal nutrition, gut health, and the impact of dietary components on poultry performance. Dr. Rymer has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and actively participates in advancing sustainable agricultural practices. She is also involved in teaching and mentoring students in the field of animal science.
